What is The Regulation Project?
In a culture that rewards constant productivity, many people are navigating stress, burnout, overwhelm, and disconnection without ever being given the space to pause, restore, and reconnect with themselves.
The Regulation Project (TRP) was created to change that.
Founded through the collaboration of two women-owned businesses, TRP combines expertise in nursing, holistic health, nutrition, and integrative wellness to create transformative experiences that support both personal well-being and professional resilience.
We believe wellness is more than a moment of self-care. It is the foundation for healthier individuals, stronger teams, and more connected communities.
Through immersive wellness experiences, retreats, workshops, and educational programming, we help organizations, teams, and communities cultivate sustainable practices that support stress reduction, nervous system restoration, emotional well-being, and overall health.
Whether we are partnering with healthcare organizations, government agencies, businesses, educational institutions, or community groups, our goal remains the same:
To create spaces where people can pause, reconnect, and return to their lives feeling restored, empowered, and well.
Welcome to The Regulation Project.
A place where restoration is intentional, community is cultivated, and wellness is reimagined.
For Sisters, By Sisters.
